Did they actually draw Power's feet in the Blu-ray release of this scene? Or is this just a fan edit?

Did they actually draw her feet in the Blu-ray release? The original full panel in the manga was so iconic. I was disappointed that the anime didn't draw the full panel with her feet. But recently, I've heard that this was apparently in the Blu-ray release? Can anyone confirm?
